Insulation or sealing is a term used to create barriers to the penetration of moisture into a structure using coating-like layers that have different compositions which prevent the penetration of water, heat and moisture.

WATERPROOFING & MOISTURE INSULATION APPLICATIONS

By applying the moisture insulation, leaks or burst pipes cannot cause much damage to the buildings anymore. Moisture insulation can be defined as coatings made of various compounds to protect against water and moisture. It is essential to apply the insulation in all environments exposed to water (roof, bathroom, swimming pool, etc.). Moisture penetration in the building can cause problems such as rusting metals, mold and mildew growth, freezing of structures, among others.

WATERPROOFING & MOISTURE INSULATION FEATURE

The new moisture insulation has a remarkable tolerance to the contraction and expansion of the structure, which can be repaired and implemented without any danger. This type prevents the penetration of moisture by going deep into the underlying tissue and causes complete sealing of the surface. Being very light, this product prevents the weight of the structure to increase and it has a high water pressure tolerance, which is completely non-flammable.

THE ADVANTAGES OF THIS INSULATION TYPE CAN BE MENTIONED AS FOLLOW :

circle-icon-1

It has the ability to adhere to a ranges of surfaces

circle-icon-2

It is an anti-flammable liquid

circle-icon-3

It does not cause physical damage or any kind of pollution

circle-icon-4

The liquid insulation can be painted

circle-icon-5

It is easy to use and does not require specialized staff to involve

AND HERE ARE THE DISADVANTAGES TO THIS TYPE :

circle-icon-1

If fresh, it will be destroyed by rain

circle-icon-2

It cannot be used in case of frost

circle-icon-3

It has a high cost of implementation on uneven surfaces (due to the fact that liquid moisture insulation may be water-based or solvent-based)

1)NANO WATERPROOFING MOISTURE INSULATION :

Nano moisture insulation, in addition to moisture, is also resistant to mold and mildew. Since nanotechnology has been used in the construction of this type of insulation, it can also be considered as a subset of polymer insulation type. The use of nanotechnology in these insulators has literally made them hydrophobic and also they also have high strength and durability.

In construction industry, all insulations that are made using new technology and have different functions are chiefly called nanostructured insulation (also nano-insulators). Nanostructured insulation can be used to seal roofs, walls, water pipes, etc. Modern or nano insulation is installed in thin layers much easier than other insulators.

2) RAINPROOF WALL WATERPROOFING & MOISTURE INSULATION

Rainproof wall moisture insulation is applicable where the rain hits the walls directly. Wall moisture insulation covers the capillary cracks of the surface and increases the life of the material by creating a breathable layer for the underlying surfaces.

3) SANDWICH PANEL WATERPROOFING & MOISTURE INSULATION

Sandwich panels are a type of insulation that is covered on both sides with galvanized sheets. This product is produced in two types of ceiling and wall sandwich panels, which are mostly used in factories, warehouses and sport clubs. Waterproof sandwich panel insulation is washable and has a very light weight.

4) TRANSPARENT WATERPROOFING & MOISTURE INSULATION

Transparent moisture insulation is a colorless coating. The colorless moisture insulation is a waterproof and hydrophobic product that is mostly used as moisture insulation on mosaics, tiles and colorless insulation on facade stones. This insulation has a very high resistance to abrasion and impact after the formation of solvent-based polymers.

5) CEMENT BASED WATERPROOFING & MOISTURE INSULATION

This group of insulators can be considered as a sub-branch of polymer waterproofing. In some cementitious insulators, nanoparticles are also used for better performance. It is not suitable to use this type of waterproofing in places where there is a possibility of cracking. Cement-based insulation has a very high resistance against erosion and therefore they are used to insulate wet places and building walls.

6) BITUMEN BASED WATERPROOFING & MOISTURE INSULATION

Asphalt felt can be considered as the first method to create waterproofing. This method, which has been used for many years, is done using a type of fabric called asphalt felt. The bitumen used in this method is prepared from the distillation of crude oil and is a combination of organic hydrocarbons.

7) POLYURETHANE WATERPROOFING & MOISTURE INSULATION

Isocyanate and polyol are the main ingredients of this product. This insulation is a chemical substance in the form of foam that is injected into the floor at the initial time of application. This product, due to being liquid at the beginning of the work, penetrates all points by injection and insulates perfect. It has lightweight, high flexibility, and is also impenetrable.

8) ELASTOMERIC WATERPROOFING & MOISTURE INSULATION

Elastomeric insulation is made of nitrile foam, which due to its impermeability and high flexibility, is used not only for moisture insulation but also in heat and cold insulation, as well as in all different parts of the house.

9) XPS WATERPROOFING & MOISTURE INSULATION

XPS moisture insulation has a closed cell structure, it is made of extruded polystyrene. Another outstanding feature of this product is that it does not pose any threats to the environment. This insulation is recyclable and does not cause allergies and greatly reduces the cost of cooling and heating by preventing the waste of energy resources.

10) ISOPOLE WATERPROOFING & MOISTURE INSULATION

Isopole is considerably resistant to water and moisture, because it is based on water. After insulation, this it leaves a completely smooth surface resistance to sunlight, water and frost. Isopole moisture insulation can be applied in different sections of homes.

NANO WATERPROOFING & MOISTURE INSULATION
    1. If the temperature outside the building is 48 degrees, in terms of white surface, polymer moisture insulation, white insulation and light reflex, the temperature inside the building would be 23 degrees Celsius It reduces heat absorption
  • It helps snow melt due to light reflection
  • It has ability to reflect 80% of sunlight
  • It reduces the depreciation of the building
  • It has an integrated and beautiful surface, with easy repair
  • It is applied in low temperature without any damages to pipes, power lines, etc.
  • Due to the elasticity of this product, walking on it does not lead to any damage.
  • In case of damage to nano-acrylic polymer moisture insulation and nano-acrylic white moisture insulation (rupture, perforation), water penetration is concentrated only in the same point and this can be easily solved.
ISOGUM
  1. If the temperature outside the building is 48 degrees, in terms of the dark surface of the isogum, the temperature inside the building will be 45 degrees Celsius
  2. In terms of having 10% of total overlap, the cost overrun increases by 10%
  3. In winter, walking on it leads to cracks and eventually leads to water infiltration
  4. It has heavy weight
  5. Since it is applied using flame, there is a possibility of damage to power lines and pipes
  6. In case of damage to the isogum (rupture, perforation), water penetrates into the lower surfaces and leads to serious damage to the main surface of the roof
  1. Decorating pottery and vases
  2. Sealing any type of pool and source of water
  3. Tying and sealing the seams of the tiles
  4. Adhesive compatible with cement and plaster to increase the adhesion of the mortar
  5. Roof insulation, toilets, bathrooms and kitchens
  6. Painting and sealing of gable and asbestos cement roofs (in various colors)
  7. Insulation and anti-corroding of the floor and body of the air conditioner and all galvanized and metal sheets in general
  1. Strong and versatile adhesive for gluing stone, tile, plaster, broken porcelain and ceramic parts
  2. Repair of broken and perforated metal and asbestos cement sheets with the help of fiberglass mesh and fibers
  3. By applying an insulation layer on styrofoam, cement and gypsum mortar easily adheres to it
